Production process

Typically, modified PVC high-rebound plastic is subjected to intensive mixing and pelletizing, then molded in one step using software-controlled extrusion alongside rigid strips. The molding process employs microwave vulcanization technology to achieve a single-step formation, resulting in a smooth, aesthetically pleasing surface with no visible seams.

High weather resistance: It can operate normally within a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C and exhibits excellent resistance to aging and ozone, making it unlikely to degrade or deteriorate over long-term use.
