    Core Features

    Extreme Temperature Resistance: The standard operating temperature range is from -70℃ to 300℃. Certain specialty silicones can withstand ultra-low temperatures as low as -100℃ or short-term high temperatures up to 350℃. At high temperatures, they neither soften nor lose their shape; at low temperatures, they remain non-brittle and do not become rigid, maintaining excellent elasticity.

    Strong weather resistance and anti-aging properties: It shows no sensitive reaction to natural environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, ozone, wind and rain, and hot and humid conditions. Even under prolonged exposure outdoors or in harsh climates, its physical performance degrades extremely slowly, with a service life that can be 3 to 5 times longer than that of conventional rubber seals. It exhibits none of the aging issues commonly found in rubber seals, such as cracking, yellowing, or hardening.

    Outstanding chemical inertness: It exhibits exceptional resistance to most chemical media, including water, acid-alkali-salt solutions, organic solvents (such as alcohol and acetone), oils, and fats. It does not swell, corrode, or contaminate, making it suitable for use in complex chemical environments.

    Environmentally friendly, safe, and odorless: Complies with food-grade (FDA-certified) and medical-grade (ISO 10993 standard) safety requirements. It is non-toxic, odorless, free of volatile substances, and does not release harmful substances. It can be in direct contact with food, pharmaceuticals, or the human body.

    Excellent sealing and compatibility: It has moderate softness and a high elastic recovery rate (permanent compression set ≤10%), enabling it to fit snugly against irregular gaps and rough surfaces. Even after prolonged compression, it quickly rebounds, ensuring effective sealing performance. At the same time, its soft texture prevents scratching of the contact surfaces.

    Rich additional performance features: Naturally endowed with excellent insulation properties (breakdown voltage ≥ 20 kV/mm), making it suitable for electrical sealing; certain models can be customized with flame-retardant (UL94 V0 rating), tear-resistant, and abrasion-resistant properties.

    Typical application areas

    Construction Industry: Sealing gaps in aluminum alloy doors and windows, curtain walls, sunrooms, and passive houses—offering waterproof, soundproof, heat-insulating, and wind-pressure-resistant performance. These seals are designed to accommodate temperature fluctuations both indoors and outdoors and remain durable without aging over long-term use.

    Automotive Manufacturing: Sealing of new-energy vehicle battery packs (withstanding high and low temperatures + resistant to electrolyte corrosion); sealing in high-temperature areas of the engine compartment; vibration-damping seals for windows, sunroofs, and doors; sealing of air-conditioning system pipelines; some components used for in-vehicle contact parts (complying with VOC environmental standards).
